Fluid Click Solutions (FCS) is a Business Solution, Engineering and Project Management Company, conceived from a fortuitous gathering of professional colleagues who were inspired to commercialize their skills; hitherto deployed in support of their employers across several industry sectors located in Nigeria and abroad. Stirred by the curious poser; “what is a business for?” Subsequent gatherings that would ignite passionate debates later would uphold the view that, beyond profits its purpose is to accomplish something better. Then a resolve to take joint action was reached. Fluid Click Solutions was for that reason incorporated and came into effect in 2010. .
Having come together from diverse backgrounds, the sheer diversity in skills, exposure and passion of our partnership would shape our mission and business focus to fit the logic of our collective aspirations. The diversity underpins our desire of dynamically building and managing world-class businesses that would inspire and enable us pursue chosen carriers, even as it stimulates unparalleled entrepreneurial flair for appropriate solutions to business challenges particularly in Information Technology. This unit offers implementation or tactical influence and execution for ideas developed based on a clear strategy. The service offerings are designed to actively seek out opportunities and propose “Build, Operate and Transfer Technology Services”.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This unit supports the other business units in the operational stages of their service offerings. In providing this service, the unit procures input spanning the breadth of the project management process matrix across the organization, and on a need basis recruits and trains, seconds personnel as well as monitors performance of processes advised.
